5x5

Everyday Reading, one of my favorite book blogs (one of… I have many) is hosting a challenge next week called 5x5.

For five days next week (Monday through Friday), she’s encouraging parents to sit down and read five picture books to their children, just to forge a connection and strengthen a bond.

As you can imagine, I’m in!

We went to the library today and picked out lots of fun new-to-us picture books, then came home to a package in the mailbox with several books inside from my mother-in-law! We’re very much ready.
