I've been really sick for the past few springs and summers, just struggle so hard with histamine and UV rays. It's March 1st so I'm starting a very strict regimen for myself, gearing up for a ton of good detoxification to support my bum MTHFR gene and give it the strength to hopefully feel good this summer! 

Here's what I'm trying: 

- Air purifier 
- Dry brushing for more efficient lymphatic drainage 
- Epsom salt baths 
- Infared sauna (for heavy metal detox) if I can swing it 
- Perfect eating, including TONS of dark leafy greens since the folate is so insanely helpful; cruciferous veggies since they help the liver move toxins out faster; beets +  garlic + turmeric + ginger + wild blueberries to keep my kidneys filtering efficiently; prebiotics via food 
- Prayer + positive affirmations 
- Replacing my bazillion mercury amalgam fillings with composites via a specially trained holistic dentist 
- Supplements: B6, B12, glutathione, magnesium, methylfolate 
- Sweaty exercise!
