5 non-book things I've been loving

Sometimes I still want to share non-book things like I did back when I was a travel/lifestyle blogger a million years ago. We recently did a big road trip but I'm not quite ready for those posts yet so in the meantime, here ya go!

๐Ÿš— 20 Questions... Such a fun and simple way to pass time on a road trip! If you don't know/remember this game- you think of something, anything, and the other people ask you 20 yes-or-no questions to narrow it down. (Is it alive? Is it blue? Is there one inside this car with us? Can you buy it in a gas station? Etc)

๐Ÿ‘ฃ Feelgoodz slippers... The health nut in me has been wanting some slippers that were better than polyester. You can certainly find even better ones for a zillion dollars but I actually got these at the Albuquerque Whole Foods. I saw them in two other states' Whole Foods, too. You'll be able to find me in this uniform all winter- leggings, hoodie, Feelgoodz slippers.

๐ŸŽง Lamplighters podcast... The kids already liked Bedtime History and Earth Ranger but we added this virtue-focused children's podcast to our rotation on the drive and it was such a hit!

๐Ÿ“ฌ Postcards for language arts... I believe that humans knew how to learn new things long before textbooks came along so I see a lot of things as educational that I didn't in the past. Filling out post cards is one of them and it's been such a hit for my kiddos this week!

๐Ÿฒ V8... I still ate really healthy on our road trip but that often meant fruits, carrots, simple salads, etc. I was really missing savory tastes so I got a spicy V8 and it was so yummy! Now I'm making my own with the blender on soup mode + a strainer. Spicy, warm v8 soup

  1. Sarah, it's very interesting to learn about different moments of your life! It's interesting when you share information about food, clothing and more. Slippers are very cute and comfortable!๐Ÿ˜Š

Thanks so much for your comments! I always read them, don't always have time to answer quickly. Sorry about that!
