Bookish links- October 2022

๐Ÿ“™ I'm so excited to be attending the Christy Awards' live finalist reveal webinar on the 11th! You know, for business purposes ๐Ÿ˜‰ Anyone can sign up so if it's something that interests you, feel free to join me!

๐ŸThis is the time of year where book lovers everywhere quote Anne Shirley (of Anne of Green Gables) and announce, "I am so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers." Etsy is full of prints of the quote and this one is probably my favorite. Or maybe this one. Or this? Fine, I love them all.

๐Ÿ“™Let it be known that I really want this 100% cotton Home Librarian t-shirt for Christmas. I'll take any color but the maroon is my favorite. Feel free to tell my husband ๐Ÿ˜‰ (I still love her Home Librarian mug, too)

๐ŸKaren Kingsbury has started her own movie production company! I hope this will mean lots more KK books made into movies and shows, and I hope she'll be turning other Christian author's books into movies too!

๐Ÿ“™Ghosts of blog posts past- 7 creepy Christian fiction reads! My personal spooky October fiction will be The House on Foster Hill

๐ŸOctober morning baskets- so fun! Homeschooling in Progress // T is for Tot // The Waldock Way

๐Ÿ“™A perfect, pumpkin-themed middle grade novel I adored and think will make for a fantastic autumn read-aloud: Sweet Home Alaska

๐ŸSarah Mackenzie is releasing her own picture book and I'm so excited for it!

๐Ÿ“™20 visuals that will inspire you to read more books

๐ŸNew-to-me YouTube channel I am loving, Christian Reads and Classics! On that note, are you subscribed to my Christian Bookworm channel

๐Ÿ“™Currently reading: 1 Corinthians // Liver Rescue // God's Word for Me: 365 Daily Devos for Girls // Someday // The Promise of Dawn

  1. Thank you Sara! Your advice is very valuable! The morning basket is a great idea! I need to think about how I can use it in kindergarten.

Thanks so much for your comments! I always read them, don't always have time to answer quickly. Sorry about that!
