5 Recent picture book reads

Almost Time (secular)... This is a fun little read about both sugaring (for maple syrup) and a loose tooth! Loved it.

Books Aren't for Eating (secular)... This is such a fun picture book, about a goat with a bookstore. We read it again and again!

Grandma Moses (secular)... We learned about the art of Grandma Moses through The Good and the Beautiful language arts and enjoyed learning more about her through this picture book! 

Lucky (secular)... This was a really cute story about a stuffed elephant that's swept away to sea and shows all kinds of ocean creatures.

Something* (Christian)... I adored the message of compassion in this picture book, based on Matthew 25:35-36. I love the focus on the fact that kids can help in their own ways and the illustrations are fun, too. We will read this one again and again!
