I looked at so many planners this year! I always like for each day to have 2 sections (one for homeschool + meal and other home management planning, one for general To-Do s). I prefer a column layout but it isn't mandatory. I love habit trackers and goal/reflection pages but can live without them. I looked at probably 50+ planners in person and ultimately picked this one. So far it's working quite well for me, though I do wish it had a column layout.

How delightful is this Narnia birthday party?!

Not bookish but you'll be okay- I told you in my Soup Season post that I would make this soup the next time someone had a sore throat. I did make it last month and it was a hit! We used tiny star-shaped noodles and those of us who love spice added cayenne to ours. We've renamed it Sore Throat Soup. Those whose throats weren't super sore did enjoy adding peas and/or chickpeas for texture.

Mini review of a cookbook stand I recently bought on Amazon now that I've used it 10+ times: love the look, love the size. Three pieces that easily snap together. It does fall apart if I bump it with no book in it so I sometimes think about nailing it in place but then it wouldn't tuck away into a drawer so I haven't decided yet.
